As a IT Specialist (OS)/ Software Engineer, you will:
GS-14 LEVEL SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience developing modern web applications, backend services, or cloud infrastructure using approaches that may include test-driven development, continuous integration & deployment, or distributed version control such as github. Candidates should demonstrate experience providing guidance on technical projects and working in an iterative or agile environment.
GS-15 LEVEL SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience developing or architecting complex modern web applications, backend services, or cloud infrastructure using approaches or tools such as test-driven development, continuous integration & deployment, modern version control systems such as github or gitlab, or dependency management tools. Candidates must demonstrate experience providing technical project leadership, experience interfacing with high level stakeholders, and experience with iterative or agile development methodologies.
Additional Qualifying experience for the GS-14 or GS-15 grade levels requires IT-related experience that demonstrated each of the following four competencies: Attention to detail; customer service; oral communications; and problem solving.
