Specialized Experience: knowledge of the role, mission, and methods used by an organizational ombudsman, supporting employee engagement/workplace improvement programs and activities; research and analysis of data, directives, and polices for reports, utilization of software applications to create presentations, draft plans, outlines, agendas, schedules, briefing materials, meeting notes and reports; and technical support for visitors, conferences events, and establishment/maintenance of files.
Combination of Education and Experience - Your current education completed is credited as a percentage of the education required for the grade level and your current experience is credited as a percentage of the total experience required for the grade level. The two percentages are added and must equal 100% in order to qualify for the desired grade level.
An academic year of undergraduate education is defined as 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or the equivalent in an accredited college or university.
