This position is located in the Office of Research & Analysis (ORA), which reports to the Chief of Staff. In this position, you will be responsible for:
-Conducting arts research and evaluation studies of Agency programs and initiatives; designing and administering high-quality research instruments and/or protocols to collect data; and analyzing and reporting quantitative and qualitative data and information;
-Coordinating the development, updating, and implementation of the Agency's Learning Agenda, including conducting studies and analyses on the agenda;
-Serving as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for research and evaluation contracts.
-Supporting pre- and post-award management of arts research grants and cooperative and interagency agreements.
-Must be a U.S. Citizen or National
-Suitable for Federal employment, determined by a background investigation
-May be required to successfully complete a probationary period
-Males born after 12 -31-59 must be registered for Selective Service
