- Gathering qualitative information from employees to inform organization design or workforce planning initiatives (e.g., conducting focus groups to identify major functions and desired outcomes, administering questionnaires or conducting interviews, analyzing workforce data).
- Analyzing and summarizing data on hiring trends, workforce demographics, critical positions or occupations, proficiency levels or competency gaps within an organization in support of workforce planning strategies.
- Writing technical reports conveying analysis methodology, findings, and recommendations for improving workforce outcomes in organization design, workload or workflow, competency or skill gaps, succession planning and management, and workforce planning.

- Writing technical reports conveying analysis methodology, findings, and recommendations for improving workforce outcomes in organization design, workload or workflow, competency or skill gaps, succession planning and management, or workforce planning.
