- Reviewing purchase requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinating and tracking the completion of requisition documents through purchase request approval processes.
- Preparing solicitation packages, including requests for proposals and invitations for bids.
- Draft supporting documents for contract actions, such as notices of award/unsuccessful offerors and requests for bid verification.
- Review payment requests for conformance with contract terms and conditions and accept/reject requests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience for the grade level in which you are applying:
GS-07:
Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized work experience equivalent to the GS-6 grade level in the Federal service (obtained either in the private or public sectors) performing the following: (1) working in financial business management systems, to include reviewing for accuracy and entering input information for procurement and financial assistance actions; (2) working with different procurement and agreement instruments; (3) using various software programs such as spreadsheets, word processing and data base management; (4) working in a collaborative environment to communicate with various groups to include team members and program offices.
TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-06 is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-07 level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).
