This position is in the FMCS Division of Agency Initiatives, reporting directly to the Director of FMCS.
As the Executive Ombudsman you will provide technical leadership and direction for the FMCS internal ombuds program that will promote the FMCS high standards of excellence, reinforce a culture of ethics, integrity, and professional responsibility. You will also promote the use of ombuds services to FMCS stakeholders and provide ombuds services to other federal agencies.
