The Chief, National Programs Branch, reports to the Chief, Programs Division, in the Court Services Office (CSO), Department of Program Services (DPS). This position provides day-to-day oversight, supervision, assistance, support, and coordination of three national court programs critical to the mission of the federal judiciary, and the operations of appellate, district, and bankruptcy courts, namely the Electronic Public Access, Libraries, and Records Programs.
