TECHNICAL WRITING: Prepares public affairs written documentation to transfer technical information about concepts, situations, products, services, or results to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Knowledge of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects and resources, including monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and contractor performance.
COLLABORATION: Works cooperatively with others, inside and outside the organization, to accomplish objectives to build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships, leverage information, and achieve results.
