The position is located in the Department of Congressional and Public Affairs (CPA), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). The mission of CPA is to communicate information about MCC's activities, programs, compact results, and policies to engage the public, the private sector and selected audiences, including Congress, the news media, state and local governments, and other Federal agencies.
Although the position is advertised equivalent to GS-12/13, MCC uses a pay banded system to compensate employees. This position is pay band 4b/4a which is generally equal to GS-12/13.
