- Responsible for completing various writing/editing assignments which may include technical reports such as NEPA compliance documents; planning documents; Modification Reports, Notification of Expenditures and associated correspondence; Decision Documents; manuals; guidelines; general memorandums or correspondence; policies; directives and standards; inspection reports; annual reports; internal control reviews; brochures; and/or newsletters.
- Recommends document plans; drafts outlines for reports; reviews documents for organization, completeness, consistency, and compliance with Reclamation policy and other applicable Federal laws and regulations and OMB Circular.
-Writes drafts for review by responsible office or subject matter expert.
-Coordinates and prepares adjudication of review comments on draft reports.
-Provides overall coordination of assigned reports by ensuring that all components of the document such as maps, figures, photographs, text, covers, are complete and approved for printing and assembly.
