The Partial Program Manager serves as a full assistant to an Avionics Inspector performing the full range of certification, surveillance, and inspection duties for assigned air carriers, air operators, air agencies, airmen, and designees for the A-220 fleet. Has program responsibility to assure that assigned organizations meet Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) with respect to maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alteration programs for the A-220 fleet.

To qualify for this position at the FG-1825-14 level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FG/GS-13 level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.
Examples of specialized experience: assisting, conducting, or performing various technical functions related to certification, surveillance, investigation, and enforcement activities. Additional experience may be in investigating and reporting on accidents, incidents and violations; and evaluating the overall operational programs of air carriers, air agencies and commercial operators.
