Leads the development and execution of a comprehensive records and archival program across the SAA, ensuring proper handling of official records and defining agency policies and procedures. Establishes, implements, and assesses SAA record-keeping policies, processes, and practices (maintenance, storage, disposition) to ensure that such policies, processes, and practices align with SAA mission and business needs and objectives. Collaborates with U.S. Senate personnel, including the SAA Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), SAA General Counsel’s Office, U.S. Senate Archivist, and U.S. Senate Historical Office personnel to ensure the effective and efficient management of SAA records throughout the records lifecycle. Creates and distributes training materials, guidelines, and briefings on SAA records management procedures and practices. Serves as the records and archival advisor to the Sergeant at Arms. Other duties as assigned.
