The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO) is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (HR Advisor) to join its team. The incumbent will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR, staffing and recruitment, classification, and position management advice and assistance to management and employees. The incumbent will establish and maintain professional relationships with managers and serve as a subject matter expert on various HR functional areas.
The ideal candidate must possess strong human resources, communication, negotiation, management, and writing skills. Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to present persuasive ideas to executives and other key decision makers to resolve complex and controversial human resources issues. The candidate should be team oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
