This position is located in U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of the Commissioner (OC), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Division. The FOIA Division provides access to all CBP records except for those records (or portions of those records) that are protected from disclosure by any of the seven exemptions under 5 USC 552. This position is responsible for applying policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with Federal laws governing the flow of information.
This position starts at a salary of $105,383.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $137,000.00 (GS-13, Step 10).
