Following all current standards utilized by your team.
Complying with all agency privacy and data security policies and practices.
Leveraging enterprise project management principles and concepts.
Communicating clearly to a wide range of stakeholders through verbal and written means.

Qualifications
For the GS 5: You must have meet one of the following:
A. Completion of 4 academic years of post-high school leading to a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
OR
B. One year of general experience equivalent to the GS-4 performing the following:
assisting with research, compilation and design of presentations, reports, documents and databases;
tracking timelines and statuses of projects, or monitoring and finalizing projects documents such as reports spreadsheets, slide decks, SharePoint sites,
OR
C. A combination of education or experience identified above.
To meet the Post-Secondary Intern Eligibility requirements, you must be currently enrolled in, or accepted for enrollment in and pursuing a baccalaureate or graduate degree on at least a part-time bases as determined by the academic institution.
All education must be obtained at an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications (particularly positions with a positive education requirement.) Therefore, applicants must report only attendance and/or degrees from schools accredited by accredited institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. CONVERSION ELIGIBILITY:
Post-Secondary Interns may be converted, without a break in service, to a career or career conditional appointment upon completion of program requirements.
To be eligible for conversion, Interns must:
Complete at least 640 hours of continuous employment
Complete their degree or certificate requirements
Meet the qualification standards for the position to which the Intern will be converted
Meets time-in-grade requirements for which the intern will be converted
Perform their job successfully
Temporary appointments appointments do not have promotion eligibility as an intern.
Post-Secondary Interns may be appointed to temporary or term appointment in the competitive service. Temporary appointments are expected to last less than a year and may be extended for a maximum of 2 years. Term appointments are expected to last more than 1 year not to exceed 4 years. The type of appointment is determined by the amount of education remaining for the degree completion.
Temporary or term appointments under this hiring authority may be non-competitively converted to a career or career-conditional appointment within 120 days of successfully completing the qualifying academic program.
If converted to a permanent appointment, you may be converted at any grade level up to the full performance level of GS-13; however, the target position and full performance level may change based on the need of the organization at that time.
