Plan and execute professional assignments in engineering research related to:
Contribute to planning, completion, and direction of major project goals.
Collaborate with NIST colleagues to:
Characterize defective semiconductor materials using techniques including:
Contribute to XCT simulation approaches to generate data sets with ground truth information.
Process and analyze resulting measurements to extract meaningful information aligned with research goals.
Organize measured and analyzed data sets for publication.
Communicate with the team and disseminate results through conferences and publications
