In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is experience that demonstrates the ability to experience that demonstrates your knowledge in applying the principles, theories and practices of organizational and administrative management techniques including human capital planning, strategic management, space coordination and records management sufficient to develop and execute methods in order to define, organize, and assign work. The incumbent ensures that all NRR hiring and recruitment activities are in alignment with agency policy and office salary and benefit targets and allocations.
