The below duties are at the full performance level, and incumbents' duties will differ at each grade level depending on scope and complexity. As a Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-13 you will be responsible for:
Conducting detailed analyses of internal processes and makes recommendations for improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations.
Counseling and advising program managers on methods and procedures, management surveys, management reports, and control techniques.
Implementing procedures for program control in conformance with FSA guidance.
Analyzing and evaluating the accomplishment of program objectives, develops reporting methods, identifies areas of imbalance, and recommends needed changes in resource utilization.
Developing and recommending operational policies and procedures by reviewing and evaluating established managerial and program policies and procedures when identifying problems.
