Have the ability to perform common lead duties to include ensuring that needed plans, blueprints, material, and tools are available and that needed stock is obtained from supply locations; Seeing to it that there is enough work to keep everyone in work crew busy; Checking work in progress and when finished; Checking for compliance with supervisors instructions on work sequence, procedures, methods and deadlines; Urging or advising other employees to follow supervisor's instructions and to meet deadlines; Demonstrating proper work methods. I work under normal supervision of supervisor who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

PHYSICAL EFFORT
Stands, climbs, reaches, lifts and bends in performing duties. Also required to work in cramped and awkward positions. Weight lifted seldom exceeds 50 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Works inside, as well as outside. Employee is exposed to noise and vibration. Also subject to cuts, bruises, falls and burns. Required to wear appropriate safety equipment.
