SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower level within the payband or GS grade in the normal line of progression in the Federal service that demonstrates the required managerial skills and technical competence required to perform the job. IT Expertise: Knowledge of information technology and related industry practices and emerging trends.
LSR Core Qualifications: Groups the six leadership core qualifications: Leading Change, Leading People, Results Driven, Business Acumen, Building Coalitions, and Fundamentals, and their supporting twenty-eight competencies implemented October 1, 2022.
Project/Program Management: Ability to apply program/project management principles, techniques, and practices to effectively manage the achievement of the program or project goals and objectives.
