WHO MAY APPLY: All qualified Missouri traditional guard members and those eligible for enlistment, appointment or transfer into the Missouri Army National Guard.
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. Selected candidate must be MOS qualified within 12 months from date of appointment. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion).
Maximum Military Grade - Warrant Officer: CW3 (W-3) Enlisted: SSG (E-6)
Warrant Officer - MOS 420A Enlisted - MOS 42A
GENERAL EXPERIENCE:Degree: that included or was supplemented by at least 24 semester hours appropriate to the position to be filled in one or a combination of the areas described below:
GS-09 SPECIALIZED EXPEREIENCE: Must possess 12 months of specialized experience which provided you with progressive work assignments in the education services series or performing the functions of counseling and education, career planning, testing and administration of day-to-day activities of the program. Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with individuals and institutions having different interest. Experience which afforded you a wide exposure to educational materials at the secondary level and/or alternative adult education resources. Experience which demonstrates you can organize and develop clear and meaningful written communications such as reports and studies and have the ability to present ideas orally in a clear and convincing manner.
Must meet requirement listed in GENERAL EXPERIENCE above.
