About the Position: This JPEO-CBRND Deputy Product Manager, NH-0340-04, position will be assigned to the Joint Project Manager for CBRN Sensors (JPM CBRN SEN). The NH-04 pay band encompasses grades 14 and 15 under the General Schedule (GS) system. This position is eligible for supervisor differential as outlined in the DoD AcqDemo Operating Guide.

This position is subject to a salary control point established in the JPEO-CBRND Acquisition Demo Business Rules. This control point limits salary to a max of $181,216 (GS-14, step 10).

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience is defined as: 1) Construct strategic product development planning documentation; 2) Manage all aspects of a DoD program throughout the acquisition lifecycle; 3) Interface with high-level stakeholders to ensure program meets cost, schedule and performance goals; and 4) Lead a team of acquisition professionals by prioritizing/assigning work, assessing performance, and developing subordinates. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03 or GS-13).
