These positions are located in the Office of the Director (OD), Office of Research Facilities (ORF), Division of Facilities Operations and Maintenance (DFOM), and Division of Technical Resources (DTR).
DFOM delivers facility-related operations, utilities and maintenance services to NIH facilities in Maryland (Bethesda and Poolesville) and Ft. Detrick, Maryland.
DTR manages and operates the Bethesda Campus Central Utility Plant (CUP), the Cogeneration Plant and the NIH Utility Distribution System (except electrical distribution) in accordance with the State of Maryland environmental standards to ensure that utilities are delivered safely and efficiently.
