Duties
- Serves as a Transportation Planner at 835th Transportation Battalion. Responsible for coordination and execution for mobilization and deployment training actions.
- Support ocean terminal operations functions encompassing reception and staging of import and export cargo, container freight station and vessel operations.
- Serves as the Battalion's Global Command and Control System (GCCS) site manager and primary GCCS and Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES) operator responsible for planning, accomplishing, and administer operational requirement.
- Plans and executes marine cargo operations to include vessel loading and offloading and port staging for support of JCS exercises, contingencies and operations for military cargo deploying/redeploying through military and commercial ports in the AOR.
- Serve as the regional technical expert on automated data processing (ADP) and related projects for the Department of Defense (DOD) transportation system.
