Key Requirements:
Specialized experience for the OR-60, (GS-14 equivalent) is one year (52) weeks of experience at the OR-53 (GS-13 equivalent), or equivalent in either public or private sectors, that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience in ALL of the following:
1. Delivering data solutions to end users in research and analysis roles using financial market data from contract-driven financial instruments. (Examples of contract instruments may include money market funds, hedge funds, private equity, fixed income, repurchase agreements (repo), options, or futures); AND
2. Working directly with data users and IT Specialists to document and provide business requirements, data architectures, or data models/structures to facilitate the data acquisition, onboarding, development, or delivery of identified data needs; AND
3. Leading teams on a variety of large-scale projects and financial data initiatives utilizing project and data management principles, data analysis, data administration, data quality, or data architecture.
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. In addition to specialized experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed
