The Veteran Service Representative (Authorization Quality Review Specialist) is located in a Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Office (VARO), Veterans Service Center, BEST and Pension Management Center. The AQRS is an integral part of the VSC, BEST and PMC quality assurance program and is a key technical adviser to the Veterans Service Representatives (VSRs), in the Regional Office.

The AQRS measures individual performance quality as well as identifies training needs through the review and assessment of completed compensation and pension claims.Specific duties include:
