Duties
As the Campaign Finance Analyst in this position, you will:
- Function as Campaign Finance Analyst and oversee the campaign finance disclosure requirements and the policies and procedures for reports analysis in order to conduct the review of filers' reports.
- Prepare letters to outline corrective actions for committees, and other reporting entities, and identify matters requiring referral to other FEC offices.
- Identify committees and other reporting entities that are considered late- and non-filers and subject to the Administrative Fines Program.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers by phone, electronic correspondence, and in person.

- You are a former Federal employee who previously attained Career status identified on your last Notification of Personnel Action, Standard Form 50 (SF-50) in Block 24 as "Tenure 1" and in Block 34 as "Competitive Service" or "Excepted Service."

The Federal Election Commission (FEC) is an independent federal agency with exclusive jurisdiction over the administration, interpretation, and civil enforcement of the Federal Election Campaign Act, which requires disclosure of campaign contributions and expenditures by candidates for Federal office and committees supporting those candidates, and imposes limitations on the amount and sources of such contributions.
