Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes meeting: ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: 1) Experience writing a document that includes analyses and/or recommendations; 2) coordinate the work of a team to develop a written report, including developing a budget and/or schedule; 3) experience with public involvement and/or presenting information to the public and decision-makers; 4) research and apply Federal water resources project development policy; and 5) apply Planning policy to develop a feasibility study report and/or recommendations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11 or above).
