This position is located in the Office of the Chief Information Officer and reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). The incumbent shares fully with the CIO in providing leadership and direction in the formulation, development and execution of the Agency's IT management program in accordance with the Information Technology Management Reform Act of 1996, the President's Management Agenda, Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act, and other applicable laws, policy, and regulations.
