Duties
- Assists with providing training for client agencies and internal constituents on an ad-hoc basis.
- Works with leadership within FMD to proactively meet with customers and advise them of customer status, issues, and concerns.
- Exercises control over the Associate Director and/or Deputy Director's calendars with authority for changes or commitments of time.
