As a professional historical landscape architect, you specialize in the identification, documentation, planning and preservation of cultural landscapes and other associated properties. Duties include:

Physical Demands: The work is basically sedentary with occasional physical activity (walking, climbing, bending, stooping) during fieldwork, and may require visits to remote sites which require walking or riding over rough, uneven surfaces. Documentary research and report writing work is sedentary, which entails the ability to concentrate and write for long periods of time.
