The Director assists the DAAG/HRA & CHCO in setting the vision for Departmental Human Capital, and exercises responsibility and authority for directing the formulation, coordination, implementation, and oversight of Department-wide human resources management programs. The Director is a mission-focused advisor and strategic partner in leading teams and delivering customer service on executive resources, hiring and employment, learning and development, and policy development and implementation in all human resources program areas.
Specifically, the Director:
