Duties
- Provides administrative and management support and technical assistance to the Director of Community Activities or higher- level management official.
- Carries out and coordinates administrative matters and activities within the DCA and with outside organizations as the DCA designated representative.
- Participates in operational matters and activities as directed. Coordinates, monitors and evaluates significant projects and activities concerning DCA missions, projects and administrative issues in order to recommend actions or improve operations.
- Provides technical guidance to DCA administrative support personnel. Provides and oversees a variety of support services to the Directorate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Standard Qualifications:
- Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
- Six (6) months of experience preparing correspondence in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Six (6) months of familiarity with Internal Control processes and ability to participate in required inspections.
- Six (6) months of experience preparing financial reports utilizing various software programs.

- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
- Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
- Incentives will not be paid.
- Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
