Applies appropriate standards and procedures in the areas of 1) impress funds or charge cards; 2) payment of invoices and collection of funds owed; 3) internal controls and auditing of waste, fraud, and abuse, and 4) travel.
Serves as the primary timekeeper for the unit. Reviews time and attendance reports for employees and assures reports are correctly entered into QuickTime.
Serves as the primary administrative point of contact for the unit.
Serves as advisor to the unit on procedures for the procurement of goods and services, and within delegated authority purchases supplies, equipment, and services for the unit utilizing a purchase card.
Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.
There is no substitution of education for experience at the grade level(s) of this announcement.
