This position serves as the Food and Beverage Manager for the New Sanno Hotel, a world-class, four-star, 149 room hotel in downtown Tokyo. Incumbent supervises over 65 multinational employees and oversees a comprehensive front-of-the-house program for four a la carte restaurants, a cocktail lounge, and multiple catering and meeting venues and provides expert direction and hands-on oversight to provide the very best in quality and service to achieve the New Sanno mission.

The primary duty of this position is to plan, manage and coordinate the overall Front of the House service and operational business programs, within the Food & Beverage (F&B) department of the New Sanno Hotel. Expertly provides direction and hands on oversight for a large team and high volume operations offering the very best in F&B quality and service. Oversees subordinate programs ensuring that New Sanno F&B Front of the House service and operational programs comply with governing laws, regulations, and set policies and procedures. Hotel representative expert for all things F&B service, beverage management and execution.
