As a Program Analyst, you will apply modern methodologies and technologies to improve the public’s experience with government by helping agencies make their services more accessible.

The GS-14 salary range in 122,198.00
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is defined as analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of administrative or technical programs; overseeing workforce and other related studies, coordinating and analyzing findings and making recommendations on substantive programs; identifying or developing metrics to measure success of initiatives and using quantitative and qualitative data to determine if success has been met.

Ability to apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods required to assess program effectiveness, evaluate program accomplishments, and recommend improvement of complex customer relationships across TTS.
Skill in identifying problem areas, conducting extensive research, evaluating complex technical data and making decisions or recommendations.
Skill in oral communication with all levels of management and peers.
Skill in collaborating across boundaries to build strategic business relationships.
Skill in verbal communication in order to provide authoritative advice and guidance to: influence managers, federal stakeholders and other officials to adopt and implement recommendations; gain cooperation and input from others on broad studies and projects; lead presentations as well as represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and workgroups
