This position reports to the Merit System Protection Board's (MSPB) Office of the Chairman. Major Duties:
At MSPB, you will contribute to the agency's mission and vision of promoting the development of a highly qualified, diverse Federal workforce that is fairly and effectively managed, providing excellent service to the American people. The PIO is part of the agency's leadership team. In this role, you will lead a portfolio of strategic planning, performance measurement, evaluation, and annual reporting projects supporting MSPB's internal agency objective to ensure a highly qualified, diverse, inclusive, and engaged workforce with the competencies to perform MSPB's mission and support functions successfully. You will also serve as a bridge to the broader performance improvement and evaluation communities, keeping abreast of evolving issues and methods and their application to organizational goals and measures. You must be exceptional at communicating information verbally and in writing in a brief, clear, and organized manner that is appropriate for the intended audience.
