This position serves as a Maintenance Worker with Herbert Hoover National Historic Site. In this capacity the incumbent works closely with the Facility Manager on many different areas within the Maintenance Division throughout the Park. Those areas include working in different trades and functions of the park that include landscaping, carpentry, painting, plumbing, custodial, and electrical work. This job also includes working in the parameters of historical methods because of the nature of the park and facilities.
There is no substitution of education for experience for Wage Grade (WG) positions.
