Specialized experience is defined as: experience performing a variety of administrative and clerical work such as assist in researching, writing and typing non-technical and routine correspondence; reviewing and distributing incoming correspondence; maintaining files; general office support; preparing reports; examining documents for accuracy and completeness and entering and retrieving information from a variety of automated systems.
