This position is located in the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). DSCA is responsible for planning, coordinating, administering, and supervising Department of Defense (DOD) programs for transfer of defense articles, services, and technology, by sale or grant to foreign governments and international organizations.
DUTIES:

Incumbent must attain DoD Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) Certification in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2017, Title 10 United States Code, Section 384 and Security Cooperation Certification Program 2.0 requirements. Executive proficiency is reserved for GO/FO/SES personnel who are in (or preparing for) positions that require a broad foundation in SC DSCU offers Executive-level proficiency training.

3. Technical Qualifications: Completed supplemental narrative in a separate document that gives specific examples of work experiences addressing each technical qualification. Your narrative should be no more than 2 pages per technical qualification. Narratives over the page limit will not be accepted.
4. Standard Form (SF) 50: If you are a current or former Federal civilian employee, you must submit your last or most recent SF-50 showing grade and tenure. Current and former career SES or equivalent members must provide an SF-50 showing their status or reinstatement eligibility.
DO NOT submit additional information (i.e. awards, appraisals, pages in excess of the limit for the MTQs and/or ECQs).
