As a Program Analyst, you will be specifically focused on managing and improving operations within government contact center environments.

The GS-12 salary range starts at $86,962 per year.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position includes:
● Demonstrate use of evaluative and analytical methods to identify and measure progress;
● Revise methods and develop new approaches to information gathering;
● Plan, schedule, and lead complex projects using project management techniques;
● Identify opportunities for improvement based on an organization’s mission, practices, and procedures.
