Specialized Experience:GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Examples of qualifying specialized experience at the next lower level for this position includes: (1) experience handling complex projects as well as implementing and monitoring customer service standards and best practices, (2) developing and preparing preliminary reports attesting to program effectiveness and monitors project activities to make sure goals and objectives are achieved or achievable, (3) reviewing, analyzing, implementing, and recommending IT equipment/service requirements for various customers, (4) coordinating and leading special project teams as needed.
