Assessment and Evaluation (AE) is in Human Resources Strategy and Evaluation Solutions, Human Resources Solutions, U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and comprises five sections: 1) Hiring Assessment - Professional and Administrative (HAPA); 2) Hiring Assessment - Public Safety and Intelligence (HAPSI); 3) Hiring Assessment - Leadership (HAL); 4) Leadership and Employee Development Assessment (LEDA), and 5) Employee and Customer Experience Assessment (ECE).
This announcement seeks to fill multiple Personnel Research Psychologist (Leader) positions focusing on the development, validation, and administration of cognitive and non-cognitive competency and skill-based assessments for professional, administrative, public safety, and intelligence occupations.
One psychologist will be selected to serve as an assessment expert and provide assessment support for the content management component of USA HireSM, OPM's online assessment platform. The position serves as the lead psychologist and liaison for the USA Hire program. USA Hire maintains and delivers online assessments available for Governmentwide use for a broad range of occupations and customized online assessments tailored to specific roles and organizations.
