PATHWAYS RECENT GRADUATE PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY - You must meet one of the following requirements:
1) Be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous two years, an associates, bachelors, masters, professional, doctorate, vocational or technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution,
OR
2) Be a Veteran who, due to their military service obligation, was precluded from applying within two (2) years after degree completion and is applying within six (6) years after completion.
Specialized Experience:
GS-07:
A. Experience: Applicants must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-05 level. Specialized experience is experience which is in or related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Examples of specialized experience include:
B. Education: Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must have one (1) full year of graduate-level education. Graduate-level education must demonstrate the competencies necessary to do the work of the position, OR A Bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement (3.0 GPA or higher). Superior Academic Achievement is based on 1) class standing, 2) grade point average or 3) honor society membership.
