This position is located in the Federal Depository Support Services (FDSS), section within the Library Services and Content Management (LSCM) business units of the US Government Publishing Office. The incumbent serves as Supervisor and team lead for instructional and educational programming and coordinates the planning development, and delivery of education and instructional activities and materials in support of the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP) and in support of the mission and objectives of the Superintendent of Documents. This includes the direction of the no-fee publicly accessible FDLP Academy in support of the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP).

To meet those standards, all selected applicants must undergo and successfully complete a background for a Non-Sensitive High Risk Public Trust. This review could include financial issues such as delinquency in the payment of debts, child support and/or tax obligations, as well as criminal offenses and illegal use or possession of drugs; this process may take 6 weeks or longer. The Agency may rescind the tentative offer, if the candidate is unable to pass the background investigation.
