As the Workforce Wellness Officer, you will serve as the technical expert and senior executive advisor to the Director, Deputy Director, Chief Operating Officer, and other executive leaders on the development and implementation of the Office of Employee Engagement and Employee Wellness and Workforce Care programs. You will direct the Office of Employee Engagement, as well as influence programmatic analysis, prioritization, evaluation, and enterprise-wide accessibility of Employee Wellness and Workforce Care programs, such as: Workforce Care Program, Chaplain Program, Employee Assistance Program, Peer Support Program, Psychological Armor Program, Veteran and Military Resources Program, Special Emphasis Program and other Wellness Programs.
Your stewardship of the Office of Engagement, as well as the Employee Wellness and Workforce Care programs will require you to provide executive oversight to a Deputy Workforce Wellness Officer, as well as a staff of program managers and experts. You will be responsible for ensuring the development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of Secret Service level strategies, policies, programs, and frameworks for the continued success and growth of employee engagement and wellness programs.
The primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
