As a Human Resources Specialist, you will plan, develop, implement, collaborate, and evaluate policies, practices, systems, laws, procedures, and regulations governing GSA-wide labor relations (LR) programs.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $122,198 per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing labor relations activities which included: (1) assuring that regulations, program policies, and regulatory documents are designed to comply with governing laws; (2) providing the full range of labor management policy determination and advisory services to include negotiability determinations, contract review and compliance; (3) conducting research into statutory, regulatory, court, and/or administrative precedents; (4) facilitating resolution of conflicts and complaints; (5) evaluating union proposals and developing alternative and counter-proposals; and (6) representing management in meetings/disputes with labor organizations, Alternate Dispute Resolution officials, and other parties.
