Duties
- Develop installation procedures that outline responsibilities for the Family Advocacy Program (FAP).
- Provide mandatory training for all unit commanders and non-commissioned officers in the area of identification of potential problems and what actions may be taken within regulatory and statutory limitations.
- Ensure that all reported cases of child/spouse abuse are coordinated properly and that professional child protective procedures are followed by all installation activities.
- Serve as the technical liaison between the FAP Victim Advocate, FAP New Parent Support contractors and the Contracting Officer. Develop work performance standards, and periodically evaluates employee performance.
