The incumbent Supervisory DRT is a workingsupervisor responsible for the coordination and performance of the General Radiography section while working as a DRT. The incumbent will be the first line supervisor for staff technologists for the section and shall work closely with the technologists, nurses , clinicians and clerical staff to assure optimum quality control , efficient coordination of activities , high quality diagnostic/therapeutic exam results, and patient satisfaction. The supervisory DRT is responsible for the efficiency of the section; inclusive of maximizing the level of throughput as to decrease the Outpatient and Inpatient wait times and to ultimately meet and maintain the national standard for turn around time. Incumbent is ultimately responsible for ensuring orders management mandates are met within the section and assist other sections in the same.
