As a Project Manager you will perform high level broad functions which include but are not limited to consulting and working with both the Central Office and the 11 GSA regions on capital construction for large, complex and politically sensitive projects.
This is a remote position with GSA, PBS Office of Project Delivery, Center for Construction Excellence: Construction Excellence Program Lead.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $122,198 per year.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is applying advanced concepts, practices, and methodologies of project management to service large, complex new construction, modernization and lease construction projects. Such experience must reflect experience performing planning, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, cost analysis and control, tracking, reporting and forecasting for such projects.
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
Relocation-related expenses are not approved and will be your responsibility.
On a case-by-case basis, the following incentives may be approved:
